Booking documents is giving a 'WrongDivision' error message

If a document enters status "Transfer post error" with this error message this can mean 2 things:

  1. The identifying code of the dossier you're trying to use changed in Exact Online after it was synchronised to EIS
  2. The dossier you're trying to use in EIS was removed in Exact Online


Unfortunately we don't receive an automatic update of the identifying code when it's changed in Exact Online. So when your dossier still exists there and you want to keep on using our EIS application, please provide us with the correct code of the dossier. Click here to read more about where to find the correct code.

In the case of a deletion of your dossier in Exact Online, please let us know as we can't detect this either. This way we can archive your dossier on EIS, so it's still available for you, and it doesn't cause any errors behind the scenes.
