Working with companies

In order to select a company, follow these guidelines:
You can choose the company in which you want to work on the top right of your screen in 2 different ways:
- By clicking the “Company” icon.
- Start typing the company name or code in the “Company field”. The list of companies that will appear only contains companies you have access to.
Companies are only available after they are synchronized with the accountancy package.
Invoices are booked in a company. Following data is company specific, and maintained in the accountancy package:
- Partners: Suppliers/Customers
- Accounts
- Payment terms
- Currencies
- Purchase journal
- Sales journal
- Year
- Periods
In settings (administration functionality needed) it is advisable to identify a purchase/sales journal or currency as default.
Following data is general, identical for all companies:
- KIS - Tax system
- KIS - Vat calculation table
- Invoice type: Invoice/Credit note
