1 Release 2017.32

  • Added standalone authentication: a user is no longer linked to a specific environment and has a single login over all environments he/she has access to.
  • Added a register page: everyone can create a user. Note that by default a user does not have access to any companies.
  • Added a way to invite users to companies. Logged in users can visit an invite link which will grant them access to a specific company.
  • Fixed bug when entering large numbers in the amount fields.
  • Small cosmetic changes

2 Release 2017.28

  • Next to specifying a total amount, the user can now also specify multiple VAT amounts for a receipt.
  • Receipts received by ScanPRO now contain more data that is filled in automatically.
  • Fixed a bug where pictures would be rotated when taking with an iPhone.
  • Fixed a bug where documents from ScanPRO would sometimes be duplicated in the archive view of the app.
  • Small cosmetic changes in the archive view.
  • Small performance improvements

3 Release 2017.26

  • Moved the list of companies to the top of each page. This makes it so you can see which company is selected even when taking a picture.
  • Moved the camera button to the bottom of the page as a floating button.
  • Better support for ScanPRO document state transitions
  • Added maintenance messages: these will show up when we plan downtime of the application so that the user can be notified upfront

4 Release 2017.25

  • Uploaded pictures immediately show up in the archive view after uploading. Before you had to wait until the accountant had validated the image.
  • Added colors to indicate the processing status of a document:
    • Orange: The document has been received and is being processed.
    • Green: The document has been validated and approved by the accountant.
    • Red: Something went wrong while processing the document.
  • Allow logging in from multiple devices without logging the user off.
  • Make logging in more typo friendly by trimming whitespace.
