My password did not change

Changing your password can be done using the "My account" button on top of the page.
Clicking the "Edit account" button next to your login account results in a screen to be opened where you can change your password.



Fill in the password you would like to have in the "Password" and "Confirm password" boxes and click "Assign".
Clicking "Assign" results in the previous page being opened again.

It is important to click "Save" in this page, otherwise your password will not be changed.
