When sending an e-mail with different file formats as attachment, it could occur that not all attachments are imported in the archive.
This is because some file types are not allowed for upload.

Allowed file types for e-mailing e-invoices:

  • XML with embedded PDF
  • XML with a reference to the PDF filename

Allowed file types for e-mailing paper invoices:

  • PDF
  • TIF/TIFF

Info.png When a not supported file type is sent to a mailbox or the e-mail has no attachment at all, the incoming mail will come in a status "No OCR needed" and an e-mail will be sent to the dossier manager, informing him that such a document is available.

Warning.png When sending an e-mail with a PDF and an Excel file as attachments, a new scanbatch with only the PDF file will be generated.
