Manual, paper-based processing of invoices is labor intensive, time consuming and often costly.
The Invoice Solution, based on 1Archive [1] automates much of the work involved in electronic registration into your accountancy package, storage and retrieval of invoices.
The OIS application is specially developed for Fiduciaires and its customers, allowing fast input of incoming and outgoing invoice data and easy retrieval of the invoice image during audit works.
This manual describes the process of scanning and the booking of the invoices.
