1 Enable web serivces


Warning.png Please enable the web services for an account which will not be used for logging in into NetSuite!

  1. Choose "Setup > Company > Enable features"
  2. Choose the "SuiteCloud" tab
  3. Under "SuiteTalk (Web Services)", check the box for "Web services"
  4. Choose "Setup > Integration > Manage integrations"
  5. Click the "New" button
  6. Give the integration a name: "NIS - ScanPRO"
  7. Click "Save"

2 Find the internal id

  1. Choose "Home > Set preferences"
  2. Under "Defaults" check the box for "Show internal ids"

The internal id's will be shown next to all items in the lists now.

3 Find the account id

  1. Choose "Setup > Company > Company Information"
  2. Locate the "Account id" field

4 Find the app id

  1. Choose "Setup > Integrations > Manage Integrations"
  2. Click your integration
  3. Locate the "Application id"

5 Find the role key

  1. Choose "Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles"
  2. Locate the needed role
  3. Note the "Internal id"
