For both functional and technical questions you can contact the Service Desk staff. They are at your service every day and this from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30.
You can reach them by phone at 078 16 03 15. You select the desired option, and then specify your customer number.
Calling outside office hours or when all lines are busy, please register your question or problem with our 1-2-3 Support portal http://www.kluwer.be/software or leave a message with your customer number, name and phone number.
