These settings enable you to customize the behavior of 1Archive to a certain level. You can decide whether to display the next invoice or the task list after clicking Save/Set ready for download.
You can also define your language settings and parameters for the view.

Values available:

• Language: select one of the available languages to use. The setting has influence on the way data is formatted in the view.
• Default view: Select the page that you find the most convenient for you to be your opening page each time you enter 1Archive.

If you choose “Archive”, when logging on, it will reopen the subdivision you were on at closing.

• Default view limit: 3 months is preferable, this for performance reasons.
• Button behavior: determines which page to display after save/set for download/cancel. Select between ‘Invoke button and close’ or ‘invoke button and open next document’.
• Skip confirmations: No confirmation will be asked while performing actions like "Set ready for download", "Cancel", ...

Invoke button and open next document” is preferable.

• Accounts - username: username used to logon.
• Accounts – password: password used to logon.

Backup persons and reminder settings are not used in the KIS application.
