Location: Archive - My tasklist


You can create (add) a document, without scanning by selecting Add.png (Add document), located in the left part of the Archive view.
Fill in the header data of the invoice, as well as the posting data, Attach the invoice image.
The function "Add document" is only available when you are in "My Tasklist".
All functions, as in validating invoices are available.


Add document via drag and drop

It is possible to add documents in a quick way to the archive, without field recognition

  • Open the Archive view
  • Drag files from your desktop and drop them in the browser window
  • After dropping the files, you will get a confirmation dialog with the uploaded files
  • When you click on OK, you will see the added documents appear in the archive with status "Create"
