Appendix: Cutoff (“Afgrenzing”)
Cutoff is a special way of booking an incoming invoice: it enables the user to periodically book a part of the total invoice amount. For instance when you get an invoice about maintenance, you would want to spread the total amount over 12 months. This can be done by making a cutoff invoice where you specify that the amount should be spread over a given period.
To enable cutoff bookings in Scanpro, you first need to indicate in the company settings which account is to be used as cutoff account.
