Booking documents is giving an 'API rate limit exceeded' error message

As of July 1st 2021, Exact Online is implementing new API rate limits. This means that they enforce everyone who integrates with their software has to meet certain limitations regarding the connection with them.
Specifically this means the following:
- We should only ask for a new access token within 9,5 minutes
- They are enforcing mandatory filtering on endpoints
- They are enforcing to not have more than 10 errors per user, per company, per item and per hour
As a customer of the 1Archive platform, you shouldn't notice a lot of difference with the way it was before. But it could sometimes occur you get an error message after booking a document which looks something like this:
When you get this message, it means that you booked more than 10 documents with an error message within the past hour. The only thing you can do here is wait an hour and try again.
