Appendix: Company settings

When you want to edit one of following settings, please contact Onea

Subject to VAT

If a company is not subjected to VAT, a few actions are performed when opening/updating a document:

• The header field VAT amount is set to 0
• The header field Net amount is copied to Total amount
• The VAT type on posting line level is set to Not submitted
• The VAT % on posting line level is set to 0%

The indication if a company is subjected to VAT is located in the company settings. The Declaration period should be set to No VAT declaration.

For EIS users, this field is not synchronized with Exact.
